Proudly Papua New Guinean owned, at the core of our mission is the need to deliver better value for the people of PNG.
Our lived experience tells us that the largest overspends by government and business in PNG do not come from rampant corruption (as the media might have you believe), but by well-intentioned people making inexperienced decisions.
Our team are focussed on improving PNG in any way possible, whether through reducing wasted expenses, increasing return on investments, introducing new industries, or promoting new investment.


how does it work?
As we tailor a solution to each client, no two proposals are generally the same. As an example, a very high level view of the process is as follows:
Step 1 – Initial Discussions – We meet either in person, on the phone, or online, and work through the areas of your business or government that you feel need attention. This is an opportunity to get to know each other, and flesh out any easy fixes.
Step 2 – Preparation – Following the initial discussions, our team will work through your requests, contacting various suppliers where necessary to determine whether we can improve your position.
Step 3 – Presentation – Our team will prepare a detailed proposal, showing the areas that we believe that WAN can be of assistance, along with estimates of cost reductions or quality improvements.
Step 4 – Approval – Once you are happy with our proposal, we will prepare necessary documentation and arrange for you to formally approve. At this point we will request access to the funding to carry out the project. This provides far more comfort and support than you will get from directly engaging suppliers, as we maintain the ability to switch service providers for you if they do not meet agreed KPIs, without jeopardising your money.
Step 5 – Management – We will then manage the ongoing service with the service provider. We will engage the supplier, make payments to the supplier on your behalf, and prepare detailed ongoing reporting as necessary.
